Cooking Classes

A hands on or demonstration cooking class at Foragers offers you a delicious taste of the Southern Forests region and the opportunity to improve your cooking skills and food knowledge.

Foraging the Southern Forests is a hands on day class perfect for small groups of up to 8 people, be it for a girl’s weekend or mixed group of friends.

Foragers Foundation Workshops are either one or two days hands-on classes based on fundamental food production skills such as preserving, cheese-making, bread baking and charcuterie.

Demonstration classes offer a taste of three different dishes that have been developed around a theme or specific skill.
