Seasonal & Wood Fired Dinners
Seasonal Dinners occur on most Saturday nights except when either a private function or cooking class is scheduled.
Wood fired Dinners occur on Friday nights during the school holidays & on long weekends.
DINNER EVENTS ARE OPEN TO THE GENERAL PUBLIC i.e. you don’t need to book accommodation with us to eat with us

HOW IT WORKS
Time: 7 to 11.30pm
Food: The menu will be made available the beginning of the preceding week & posted in the NEWS section of our home page.
Beverages: Currently BYO. Fiori Coffee & Teas included.
Price: Price is fixed, per person and includes our house-made sourdough bread, Fiori Coffee & Teas. SEASONAL DINNER $75pp | WOOD FIRED DINNER $55pp
Reservations: We greatly appreciate a minimum of 48 hours notice however when possible, last minute bookings can be accepted.

Children: As the Field Kitchen dining room is small & arranged with 4 long tables, it’s not the most ideal for young children. Our menus are also set. If children are able to dine appropriately with their parents they also need to be happy with the food we offer however we don’t expect them to eat the same amount as an adult for which we’re happy to reduce the cost.
A babysitting service is available for chalet guests
