SEASONAL & WOOD FIRED DINNERS are offered to chalet guests and the general public in our Field Kitchen dining room on set dates throughout the year.

These events are fixed price with set menus based around what’s growing in our garden and available locally that is served in a long table format.

COOKING CLASSES provide hands on and demonstration style cooking experiences that focus on improving basic skills and bringing the taste of the Southern Forests to the table.
