Foraging the Southern Forests

Foraging the Southern Forests is an all day, hands-on class

We visit our Kitchen Garden, Orchard and Farm Animals to learn about the variety of heirloom fruit, vegetables and herbs on offer at the time and then return to the kitchen to design, cook and eat our harvest. A local beverage will be served during lunch.


Time: 9am to 4pm

Price: $250 per person
A supplementary charge may occur depending on the cost of the ingredients eg marron, fresh truffles

Reservations: This hands-on day cooking class is limited only to private group bookings of 8 people, scheduled on pre-arranged dates.
