Demonstration and Hands On Classes
Foragers Cooking School provides hands on and demonstration cooking experiences that focus on improving basic culinary skills and bringing the taste of the Southern Forests to the table.
A demonstration or hands on cooking class at Foragers offers you a delicious taste of the Southern Forests region while developing your cooking skills and food knowledge.
Our demonstration cooking classes are relaxed, themed and informative, with plenty of opportunity for you to interact with questions and conversation. They offer a taste of three different dishes that have been developed around a theme or specific skill.
Demonstration Classes are for a maximum of 25 or minimum of 10 people and include:
- Printed recipes
- Generous tastings of the dishes presented and
- An accompanying beverage.
Classes are held on set Friday evenings, 7 to 9.30pm for $85 per person.
A supplementary charge may occur depending on the cost of the ingredients e.g. marron, fresh truffles
Places for the class are limited so book early to avoid disappointment.
